As the Managing Partner of BIG Bradford, you won't just be opening an office, you'll be becoming part of the fabric of Bradford West Gwillimbury. You'll serve the families enjoying Rotary Park and the trails through Fred Grant Forest, support the farmers and tradespeople who keep this town's economy moving, and build the kind of client relationships that Bradford people are known for valuing. In a market anchored by the Holland Marsh's agricultural economy, a steady flow of commuters off the Bradford GO line, and one of the fastest-growing populations in Simcoe County, the opportunity is real and it's ready.
What does a BIG Managing Partner do?
You're the owner-operator of your branch. You lead your team, grow your book, and build something that's genuinely yours, with the full infrastructure of a national brokerage behind you.
- Build your branch: Recruit and lead a team of brokers rooted in the Bradford and broader South Simcoe County market, setting the culture and pace for your operation.

You're an experienced insurance professional who knows this market. Maybe you've spent years building a book across Simcoe County, or you're a producer in Newmarket, Barrie or the surrounding area who's been watching Bradford grow and knows the timing is right. You'll fit right in if you:
- Have a proven track record in insurance sales or brokerage leadership

Qualifications:
- Active RIBO license in good standing (or willing to convert your OTL)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
Preferred:
- CAIB, CIP, or CRM designation
- LLQP License in good standing
- Experience managing or mentoring brokers
- Experience in commercial lines
