As an Insurance Broker at BIG, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding and purchasing the best insurance policies to meet their individual needs. Your role will involve assessing client needs, researching the market, managing policies, and providing ongoing support and advice. You will act as an advocate for our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage and service.
 
What does the Account Manager do?
·        Provide personalized advice by assessing clients' specific needs and circumstances.
·        Analyze potential risks and determine the appropriate level of coverage for each client
·        Assist clients in completing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
·        Facilitate the purchase of insurance policies, ensuring all necessary documents are in place.
·        Regularly review and update insurance policies to ensure they remain relevant to clients' needs.
·        Manage policy renewals and advise on any changes in coverage or premiums.
 
Does this sound like you?
 
·        Proven experience as an Insurance Broker
·        Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage options.
·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·        Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored advice.
·        Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
 
Qualifications:
·        RIBO license in good standing
·        1+ years as a personal lines insurance broker
·        High school diploma or equivalent
